I have a concern, and I am blocked on scheduling for GMAT because of this:
Do I need to make changes to my examity profile - both name and phone number? I am unable to edit that. And GMAC support has not been responsive.
Following are my personal details across:
MBA<dot>com profile: Sneh (First name) Sunil (Middle name) Baxi (Last name)
Indian Passport: Sneh Sunil (Given name) Baxi (Last name)
Examity profile: First Name: Sneh Last Name: Baxi
Essentially the same, but broken differently.
In case of my phone number my examity profile the country code '91' is repeated and it reads as +91-91XXXXXXXXXX (repeating the 91).
I have already reached out to Pearson (through the form on mba<dot>com) and Examity on support<at>examity<dot>com and also their India support centre and was asked to reach out to support<at>mba<dot>com. Haven't been able to get through to GMAC India on the phone number listed on the website - +911244945270. and have not received a response over email on customercare<at>gmac<dot>com - Been more than a week.
Any help would be super appreciated.
