Hey there!
I have been a student of ESCP Europe myself and these are my two cents about MIM interviews as a whole:
First of all, even though there is no particular set of questions that adcoms ask to everyone, but from my experience of aiding several aspirants to land seats at top MIM Programmes, i think you can expect the following questions, in all sorts of variations :
1. Why MIM? Why not MBA?
2. Why xxx school? How can a MIM from xxx school help you?
3. What differentiates you from the other similar profile candidates? What do you bring to the class that is not already there?
4. Example of a time when you failed and what you learnt from that experience?
5. If you donot have language fluency of the country, expect to be interrogated for the lack of fluency and your survival strategy in such a country thereof.
Apart from this questions, other questions are mainly based on an aspirants profile--that is his work experience, extra curriculars, etc.
However, one thing to keep in mind is that schools want to see if the aspirant has done his/her homework, i.e wether he/she knows the programme well enough.
Hence it is a good idea to skim through the schools websites and find out the USP and other information about the school, as they can come in handy. It is true for all schools.
Also, do not panic if the situations seems to be grilling you out of your wits, because adcoms do this more often than not to test the stress limit of the students, so make sure you adhere to your story and answer them as honestly as possible.
For EBS, it is more like a conversational chat, where in they try to do a personality eval of the aspirant. So, instead of grilling you, like you may find at your ESCP Europe Interview, they may be giving you difficult situations and will ask you to respond to them accordingly. So it is a good idea to be honest the entire time and answer to the point.
For HHL, although there is not much info to be shared about their interview process, but in order to get a better idea, you can visit
