hello,

I am targeting msc in management.

I am planning to apply only to UK universities. My list includes imperial, Warwick, LSE and UCL. I am mainly targeting Imperial. do you think I should also apply to other European universities given the language barrier? Anything that I should keep in mind while applying to the mentioned universities?

Thanks for replying and clarifying. That is a very appropriate list, especially if your goal is to be in the UK. Responding to your two questions:

Q: do you think I should also apply to other European universities given the language barrier?

A: Many non-UK schools are actually taught in English, so yes. For example, look at ESADE:

Q: Anything that I should keep in mind while applying to the mentioned universities?

A: Know your story. Why does your experience, leadership, etc. make you a standout candidate and what has all this taught you about yourself? Why specifically are you pursuing this degree? What are your post-graduate career plans? Make sure it all ties together smoothly.

I am mainly targeting Imperial. do you think I should also apply to other European universities given the language barrier? Anything that I should keep in mind while applying to the mentioned universities?

So you basically need to understand that your story matters a lot. You have to be a unique individual and not just another applicant. Understand the details of your narrative. What lessons have you learned about yourself from your experience, leadership, etc. that make you a standout candidate? Why exactly do you want to get this degree? What are your plans for a career after graduation? Make sure everything flows well together.
You need to prepare an SOP accordingly. An otherwise excellent profile gets rejected if the application is not well-written or does not highlight the important aspects of students’ profile.

If you would like, we can help you with essays and SOPs and other application processes.
