Thank you for your reply and insight!

Since the deadlines are too tight at this point and I took the test on April 19th, I sadly can't retake the GMAT :/ I'll add that I've been working on the GMAT since my internship at Newmark (which I'm still doing). I'll still apply to every school by focusing on my strengths, and I'll keep you posted! I've already applied to ESADE and got an interview, so we'll see!

You've done a really solid job building relevant experience early. Two six-month finance internships at Newmark and BNP Paribas give you real exposure to valuation and PE infrastructure, and the association treasury work with €50K in play shows you can manage both people and money.

The GMAT Focus 615 sits around the 80th percentile, which puts you below the median for programs like LBS, INSEAD, LSE, and St. Gallen. Round 4 also works against you because most slots are filled and the remaining pool skews more competitive. That combination means you'll need the rest of your application to carry significant weight.

Your high-level athletic achievement is a genuine differentiator. European championship level demonstrates elite discipline and performance under pressure. Make sure that story comes through vividly in your essays, not as a bullet point but as a lens on how you operate.

If you have time before the deadline, a retake pushing the GMAT Focus into the mid-600s (even 635-645) would meaningfully shift your odds at the most selective programs on your list. If not, lean heavily into the athlete narrative and make the PE internship outcomes as concrete as possible. Bocconi, IE, and ESADE may be more forgiving of the score in Round 4 than LBS or INSEAD.

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, since I took the test on April 19th, I can't retake it before the deadlines end, so I'll have to stick with this score for all the schools.
