Hi everyone,
I have only 2 years of work experience so I am wondering whether an MiM would benefit me more than an MBA. However, I got a few inputs that it does not matter once you complete the program. But the other candidates would have a lot more experience at the start of the program.
Does low work experience affect future job prospects (after an MBA)?
Looking forward to some guidance.

It's hard for me to provide a specific and tailored answer, hence take it with a grain of salt; it's more a personal opinion about program differences.
In my trivial perspective, the future is MiM, the MBA, at least considering how they are currently provided, are a very bad solution, and I don't give a f*** if the industry still recognize much more value to a top MBA when compared with a top MiM.
Again... Just my perspective.
If your life goal is to hike the hierarchy, then an MBA it's a better choice, no doubt. However, take also into consideration that MBAs are much more affected by a an exponential ranking effect. The lower the school in the ranking the much lower the value of the program will be. And honestly you haven't mentioned a top program, while the MiM at FSF is quite good, especially if you are considering to work in Germany.

Whichever program you choose, it’s up to you also your lower work experience wouldn’t affect your career. There are a lot of factors such as curriculum offered, networking opportunities, alumni connections in industry, internships you’ll take during your course…. which will impact your career. Also, MBA is not the same in all universities, while Harvard has case study approach, not all universities might offer such curriculum. If the university offering MIM is ranked higher than going for MIM would be beneficial.
