I went into the test center today only to realize that I was scheduled for yesterday. I confused my appointment date with the date I scheduled the exam which happened to be on the 21st of last month. I realize that getting a refund is pretty much impossible. Has anyone ever experienced something like this and got a refund?

Sadly, I don't think its possible to get a refund.

Wow - sorry. I would check to see if GMAC would accommodate. I doubt you can get a refund but you may be able to get a reschedule for the next few days. CALL the GMAC's hotline.
