I found out I left one previous work experience in my application form that is submitted online.
It is a short, 6-month experience, but it's included in my resume
Since adcom will read both my resume and my application form, I'm worried they will find out about the discrepancy.
Should I call and let them know I missed that out, or should I wait until they reach out to me?

Please send out an email to the AdCom, explaining the above, and requesting them to incorporate the missing work ex in your online form.
