Hi,
I submitted my application for one of the schools I am applying to. I noticed on my application, within the Awards section, that I misstated the semester I received academic honors (Fall instead of Winter) while my transcript will say which date the award was granted. Is this something to worry about? I didn't lie about receiving the honors -- just the semester in which it was received. Additionally, within the education, I selected that I graduated with cum laude since my program in my university has different levels of distinction. I just selected the option that aligned with my gpa with the grading criteria of another program that uses cum laude. I'm not sure if this is seen as lying or will even be noticed? Should I reach out with an additional essay to explain the honest mishap?
Advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

This shouldn't be a problem.
Take a screenshot, if possible; attach your CV and highlight the inadvertent discrepancy to the ADCOMs in an eMail. DO it before they notice it.

Call admission office to have them fix any discrepancy for you
