In Quant, a wrong answer means one mistake.
In Verbal, however, it means two — first, choosing the wrong option, and second (and often the bigger one), ruling out the correct choice.
Every error reveals a concept, pattern, or line of reasoning that needs sharpening. When we see our mistakes as lessons and take time to learn from each one, our clarity, accuracy, and overall performance grow steadily.
