Hjort, I was reading this thread and was concerned because I have used a couple of my experiences more than once in my application to Kellogg. I have two experiences that I feel are big hitters for me, and I have used them differently in multiple essays. I have not devoted one single essay to either experience, but rather, I've shared different aspects of each experience. For example, I used my current job to briefly describe career progress, a paragraph in leadership exerience essay, and I used it briefly in an essay to assess my file. Again, I haven't devoted a whole essay to my current job, but I have used different aspects of it in multiple essays. What's your opinion?

Like most things in life, it is the execution that really matters. A particularly significant experience can be used for more than one essay, espcecially if each essay examines a different facet.
