The information provided for MIT Sloan essays states 'Please select experiences or events from the last 1 to 2 years. ' . And this is applicable to all four essays.
I have around seven years of consulting experience. In the past 2 years I have been with one client. So is it okay (for maybe one or two essays) to select some experiences from past 3-4 years to bring some fresh ideas as it was with different client and different role.
Please let me know your views.
