Honestly, I think you are a very good applicant. GPA and GMAT are all in the right place. You went to a school people have heard of. You've been doing front office finance work. I am going to assume you are either a domestic student or an international without visa issues. When you look at MIT's class, I think like 80% or more of the students are international. This impacts their placements, etc. So with all the things you have going for you, plus the ease of placing you, I think you would be a great applicant.

Things you can do

1) Try and meet the admissions team. Look for events you can go to or something similar.
2) Make sure your resume is polished and you have your rec's locked down (one professional one would be great)
3) You probably want to find and enroll in some math classes to hit their requirements. If you can show them you'll be up to speed by day one there shouldn't be an issue.
4) Start thinking about why MIT, how it will help your career, why you want to do an MSF, stuff like this. Knowing these answers will help you as you write your essays.

Good luck!

Wow, I really appreciate the feedback! I am a us citizen so hopefully being domestic will help me. Unfortunately I am not in NYC or Boston so can't attend a lot of the events but will try and meet some of the admissions team. Will definitely brush up on my calc or at least be able to talk about it if I am given an interview.

I really appreciate your feedback!!
