are you invited? if so,congrats big time because among ultra elites, MIT and HBS interview very few applicants, close to 25% of the total number of applicants especially MIT interview is a very very good sign...Both, MIT and HBS interviews, are based on your application and usually get quite personal, inquistive and behavorial .
