Has anyone gone thorough MIT Interview? Any details on what to be expected?
- the type of questions?
- the nature of questions?
- what the adcom is looking at?


What are the chances of acceptance into the MIT Program, assuming you are invited for the interview?

are you invited? if so,congrats big time because among ultra elites, MIT and HBS interview very few applicants, close to 25% of the total number of applicants especially MIT interview is a very very good sign...Both, MIT and HBS interviews, are based on your application and usually get quite personal, inquistive and behavorial .

I guess you have received the behavioural interview pdf, from them, right? Go check the STARS (or sth like that) link.

Yeah, I think MIT admits about 70% of the people that they interview. Congrats.

What part of the world are you located in? I think I remember hearing that MIT releases interviews by region.

I'm on the west coast and still have not heard anything (not that I really expect to!).

West Coast. I am not sure whether they are following any patter. The interview email explicitly said to inform others that they are still evaluating the applications and are not done yet! So hold on... I hope we all get called and get in!
