I have completed my engineering from a private college from India in 8 years instead of four. I was doing a business of supplying construction materials along side.
Am thinking of MIT Sloan Fellows program. Following is my profile in brief. What should I do in next one and one half years to stand a chance for fellows program?
Do let me know if I am too ambitious for such a program.

Education: B.Tech, Comp Science, Private college, India
GMAT: 740
GPA- 6/10
11 Years of Work ex in IT and Analytics
Manthan software - 5 years- Trainee, Dev, Senior Dev
Genpact Analytics - 5.3 Years- Business Analyst, Asst Mgr
Start up- Manager Analytics ~ 1 year

I participate in marathons- 10K, swim and play cricket.
Done three certifications from Coursera in IT and Data Science.

Usually MIT Sloan Fellows are experienced leaders and specialists with at least 10 years of work experience,i think your work experience will match the requirements for this,as you already have sufficient GMAT score and work experience, and i think you should also take TOEFL or IELTS test, as English is not your native language, you may request for TOEFL waiver if you have attended an academic program conducted in English for one year.

Thanks for your reply stevesmiths. I am concerned, if my educational background will be good enough for them to consider my profile. I took way longer time the usual to complete my engineering and my scores are below avg.
