It's not really that weird, they already have your contact info elsewhere and they want to give you enough space to deliver all the information that they're asking for. This is probably why they also have you put it in times new Roman and 10 point font. which is atrocious looking from my perspective
They do things differently at Sloan, usually and in this case as well. They have a two page limit rather than word limits. Make sure that you give some consideration to the questions that are different from the other schools.

1. We are asked to remove the name and contact info from the MIT Sloan resume, doesn't it look weird to immediately start with the Education?
2. My recommender informed me that there are no directions for the word count of the recommendation letters. Did my recommender miss the word count info, or is it true that he can write as much as he wants as long as he answers all the questions? Or is there a recommended word count?
