I appeared for GMAT on 16th Nov 2019 and I ended up scoring 600 (V26, Q49). Intending to score 700+, I have decided to appear for GMAT again on 8th June 2020.
I started by re-take journey in January, tweaked my review approaches towards the questions and have attempted Kaplan Mocks.
Following was my score in the 3 mocks along with the sectional split and dates of the mocks -
08th March - 680 (Q49, V34)
05th April - 590 (Q46, V25)
25th April - 670 (Q46, V36)
It would be helpful if you could answer the following queries of mine -
a. Are Kaplan mocks representative of the actual GMAT mocks?
b. Given that I've attempted the GMAC free mocks multiple times and have purchased and attempted the GMAC mocks, do you think I should further practice on the official GMAT mocks? If not, which other resources can I refer to?
c. Considering that my GMAT is scheduled on 8th June and that I'm hoping to achieve 700+, do you believe that I need to devote more time for preparation?

In another thread (here: https://gmatclub.com/forum/mock-scores- ... 22224.html) you wrote that you had taken each of the Official GMAC CATs "multiple times." If that's the case, then what were your other Scores besides these 3 CAT Scores - and are any of these 3 Scores from the FIRST time you took the CAT (or from when you retook a CAT)?
To reiterate a point from that thread: the most realistic CATs available are the 6 from GMAC, but retaking a CAT that you've already taken is NOT a realistic way to assess your skills - since you will likely see some 'repeat' questions that you have already faced. Unfortunately, seeing even a couple of repeats can 'throw off' the Scoring Algorithm and impact your pacing, energy levels, fatigue, etc. (meaning that they would likely all appear to be better than they actually are). Thankfully, the CATs from Kaplan, MGMAT and Veritas are all 'close enough' to the real thing that they will provide you with a relatively realistic score assessment (assuming that you correctly take the CAT in a realistic fashion).

I see that you’ve been practicing only the free GMAT mocks. Are you able to purchase the 4 other GMAC practice exams? I think taking those would be very helpful.
Regarding your timeline, if possible, I do think you’ll likely need more than just one month prior to taking your GMAT. Could you study for a few more months and take the GMAT when you are ready? Also, regarding your study plan, do you want some general advice regarding how to improve your GMAT quant and verbal skills? Lastly, you may find it helpful to read the following article:
