C) Monalisa was a half-length portrait painted by the Italian Renaissance artist Leonardo Da Vinci that have described as "the best known, the most visited, the most written about, the most sang about, the most parodied work of art in the world.

D) Monalisa is a half-length portrait painting by the Italian Renaissance artist Leonardo Da Vinci that has been described as "the best known, the most visited, the most written about, the more sing about, the most parodied work of art in the world.

E) Monalisa is a half-length portrait painting by Italian Renaissance artist Leonardo Da Vinci that has been described as "the best known, the most visited, the most written about, the most sung about, the most parodied work of art in the world.

to solve this question we may use process of elimination.
for this we first understand the meaning of the sentence and identify possible issues.

The painting is singular so any plural reference will be wrong. Option B and C are wrong.

we are left with A,D and E.

Option A and D both have wrong tense for Sing. they both are not maintaining parallelism and thus eliminated.

we are left with option E and that's the correct answer.

Answer: E.

The correct form of sing in this case is "sung", and it maintains parallelism with the rest of the sentence.
