B seems like the best answer. "That" seems like a better fit than "which" as an "extender / qualifier". The other choices seem like they're confusing the subject being "qualified" (ie, did "which" refer to "Earth" or "part"?).
If there's any hole in my reasoning, I welcome comments. As I can benefit from it too.
