For correct comparison, one single factor shud be compared with another single factor and not with a gp. So "any other" is correct usage vs "any". That eliminates C and E.
Bet ABD, A is wrong becose of awkward "that". B is out becose we are talking abt a single factor, so use of "have" is wrong. This leaves us with "D".
