Go with E for "of x and y as well".

I say D. I think E lacks a parallel structure. Also, E says "of parential domination and their peer pressure as well." you don't need to use the word "their." It is already understood that we are talking about "most adolescents." you can afford to eliminate the word "their" without changing the meaning of the sentence.

what's the OA?
