after removing the all other options has come down to B and D , still D is not clear . D is also strenthening? Please correct ?

D doesn't strengthen, because it relies on an additional assumption, namely, that avoiding discussion of job dissatisfaction increases employee retention. We don't know this from the argument, and it's not clear why it would be the case. One could just as easily imagine that this would reduce employee retention, since dissatisfied employees might not have a chance to discuss and resolve their grievances. B, on the other hand, tells us flatly that nonhierarchical environments are needed to get something that employees see as essential, so we don't have to make any big leaps at all.
