I have covered the following numbers properties.
Even/Odd.
Positive/Negative.
Prime factors, other factors and least common multiples.
What is the most important/toughest property where test takers could go wrong or find it difficult?
I know that the question -"what other properties should i study" is very vague, but it would be great if someone can name a few important ones.

There is not a single or group of items to focus on. If you are shooting for a 48+ in math, don't try and narrow down what to study.
You have three big topics related to number properties listed, but by ignoring others, you're only setting yourself to get stuck on more difficult questions, leaving yourself unable to break certain score thresholds.
You will see exponents, you will see integers, you will see order of operation problems, etc.

i completely agree.
Due to the nature of the questions (when you try to achieve an high score the questions became with more layers such as a onion)
Studying in that way the GMAT is specially made to not allow a good score.
