C and D don't make a parallel construction though. I would go with A.

'not so much as ' is idiom
C, D, E - left.
choice should be a reaction to certain medication to make it parallel to anxiety about travel, or stress before a job interview
only E is having that - but not correct.
I am left with D and C -
D seems less evil in terms of parallelism even though i will not completely agree with it.
C - changes the meaning that medications causing the anxiety and not the symptom.
