It seems that the majority of my notes in most quizzes taken since Oct. 24 no longer have their notes visible, instead the Error Log just shows "Add Mistakes & Notes". However clicking on questions where I took notes shows that the button to add more notes appears as "My Notes" as opposed to "Add Notes", indicating that I had saved notes there, however clicking on it shows that nothing is there.
