What you want to cover is where you are now, where you want to be, and what needs to happen in the middle in order to make that happen. So think about how you need to position yourself in business school, what you need to get out of business school in order to make you a viable candidate for your ideal post-mba job.
And then think further about how ESSEC will help you evolve in that way and help you fill that Gap. The motivation letter should speak some specific aspects of the program that will help bring about that transformation.
For the last question, explore your values. Think about different anecdotes and what values those anecdotes reveal. Like when were you the most proud or happiest or felt the most accomplished. Then think about what is behind those feelings. That will help reveal what your values are.

Hello,
I'm currently working on my application for the M.Sc. in Marketing Management and Digital at ESSEC.
The application asks for four essays (around 1 page each) :
1. Motivation to apply to the program
2. Career goals
3. What I can bring to the program
4. What matters most to me and why (if anyone has an idea for that one I'd be very grateful as well cause I'm not that deep :D )
Now they also ask for a Motivational Letter but I don't really know what to write since I have covered everything in the essays basically. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks a lot!!
