Phew! What a loooonng and dramatic one.
I'll maintain brevity and point out that there are two major things we must keep in mind here:
1. "viewshed ranking as one of the largest" makes for an incomplete clause as there is an action verb missing. "viewshed ranks as one of the largest" rectifies this mistake. Using this we can eliminate options A and D.
2. The correct sentence should use the structure "not only X but also Y". Any other variations are not acceptable.
B commits a mistake by using "not only X but also Y as well" the as well here is redundant. Eliminate B.
E commits a mistake by using "not only X also with Y". Eliminate E.
Clearly there are lots of other errors too, but these are enough to eliminate 4 incorrect option choices.
Only option choice C remains and it is our correct answer.

Also in E, it’s viewshed ‘would’ rank is incorrect.
there are many obvious mistakes which makes this SC easy
