Hi everyone!
I am new to the forum but I just got my acceptances to three of the MS Finance programs I applied to and I would love to hear your opinion on the colleges/ curriculum/ opportunities for international students, etc.
Firstly, I am an international student (did my undergrad in the US) and I have ZERO finance experience. My GMAT was 650 as well. However, I have some great experience outside of finance (working with billion dollar companies during my OPT) along with good managerial presence, that I believe got me my admissions.
The college list:
- Babson College (20k scholarship) - MSF
- Case Western (7k scholarship) - MSM Finance
- Purdue University - MSF
Who I am waiting to hear from:
- Fordham, UoT, Ohio State
I am not sure what my chances are with the other colleges so I want to go ahead and ask for your opinion on those three. I do hope to be able to work in the US after my degree so I really want to make a well-thought out decision. ANY advise/ opinion is highly appreciated.
Thank you!
