I think you should call the state that you want to obtain your CPA liscense in and ask them yourself. Different states have different rules on how they accept international credit units.
Your masters will most likely count towards your 150 units and thus, you should be fine just as long as you have the accounting and business units.

How much score should be secured in GMAT for an admission in a reasonably good University and Is it necessary to do prerequisite courses before entering in to main stream US accounting?

for some schools, you do not need to do pre reqs...

The best schools have a average gmat of 650...

However, for "reasonably good" schools, i think you only need around a 580-600

Any score above 600 will make you a good candidate for most MSA programs
