I know it's quite strange to compare between 2 very different choices, here's my situation:
I graduated with Bachelor of Industrial Design from Thailand. And has worked in design/marketing communication field for 2 years in my own country. I'm seeking the oppotunity to switch into creative marketing or business development / consultant jobs. So I looked for master in marketing or business related degree that fit well with my design background.
I first aim at franco-thai and chevening scholarships, and personally I like UK and France, plus the application process in these countries are also quite simple, so I choose these 2.
I applied for MSc marketing Management at EDHEC but they rejected and offer me MSc Creative Business (1 year program not the dual degree one) instead, I know very little about this course since there's not much info online, but I'm interested because I wish to work in this creative business field. Can anyone give me insight about the course content and the internship opportunity in europe or other developed countries. Will it help enhance my profile? How was the school and program's reputation in France and international view?-- Good thing for this choice is that they offer 30% fees reduction (5400euro from 18000) which cen help me save a lot.
For my choice in UK, I've applied for
1. MSc International Marketing __ Strathclyde Uni__got uncon offer and will have to apply for scholarship and waiting for result
2. MSc Strategic Marketing Management__Aston Uni__waiting for response ** I kind of prefer this one for school's reputation and if I got accepted, there's higly chance of getting 3000gbp reduction (from 18000 fee)
3. MSc International Marketing __ Newcastle Uni__waiting for response
4. MSc in Marketing Strategy and Innovation__Cass Business School__will apply very soon **I love this choice too but prefer Aston because cass's fee and location in London is expensive
5. MSc in Marketing Analytics__Southampton Uni__will apply very soon
Please suggest. What would you do in this situations, what more aspects or schools I should consider? I care most about the job/internship opportunity (I hope for international ones, I undestand that there's little chance in EU so the developed cities in Asia or other region is OK for me) after graduate and the practical and academic experience during course. The financial issue is somewhat important to me, but in order to buy a lot better chance, it's ok to pay.
Thank you
