MSc Management: BOCCONI vs RSM

Hey guys!
I'm planning to apply for the CEMS Msc in International Management in Bocconi and in RSM.
How do these two schools compare?
My impression is that even though RSM ranks better than Bocconi when it comes to Msc IM (Financial Times 5th vs 9th), Bocconi has a better reputation overall and is more globally known, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
I would like to pursue a career in management consulting. Official statistics look good in both schools. Starting my career in Milan or in Rotterdam are both fine, but I'm afraid that not being a native English speaker could put me in a position of disadvantage in Rotterdam (considering that all the Dutch have a nearly-native-level of fluency) while Italian in Milan is not a problem since it's my mother tongue.
I would also like to get also some information about the local/international students treatment in RSM. I know that in some even very renowned B-schools career service and placement programs are mainly aimed to help locals while internationals are taken into class mainly to boost the "internationality metrics" of the rankings. So they basically end up going back to their countries and find a job on their own (most manage to do so because they're very smart and qualified folks).
How is the situation in RSM? Is it then better to be a "local" in Bocconi or a "international" in RSM?
Thanks for the help guys!
