Hi guys,
I'm planning to enroll in China university during 2019
My goal is to learn Chinese languages [in Beijing or Shanghai], and apply the knowledge in the asset management field [finding investment opportunity using computer algorithm].
my profile:
Thai nationality , age 20
Bachelor degree in Finance concentrated on Investment, GPA 3.7 [in intl' university in Thailand, not a top tier school]
Work: 2 year as investment analyst in a private global fund [portfolio allocation, equity and world economic analysis], internship in budgeting of a large corporate
Others: Initiator in setting a alumni association in the university, help the university in setting-up course direction, won several start-up related competition and finance case study competition, leader in a startup working on insurance start-up [under large bank accelerator program -- but this project ultimately fail], owner of a website of 100k users (i don't know that it help or not haha)
Certificate: CFA level 1 [taking CFA level 2 this june]
Gmat: 600 [Q44 V 27] , Ielts: 6.5
I'm targeting following school in Master in finance / Master in financial engineering:
-Peking University
-Fudan
-Shanghai advance institute of finance
- Shanghai university of Finance and economic
-Tsinghua
Do i have any chances in these program (the requirement of the school were just ielts, GMAT was optinal]
is there any suggestion?
