I would love to get a comprehensive list of MSF programs in USA and Canada as per my GRE or GMAT score. There is no such comprehensive list on the internet that I can find.
My details are as follows:

1. GRE: 317 [Q162 V155] and GMAT: 650 [Q49 V30]
2. I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant from India.
3. GPA 3.86 on a scale of 4.0
4. I have 3 years of experience working in a chartered accountancy firm as required by the CA course. Experience includes Internal and statutory audits, tax.
5. I have worked in Deloitte india in forensic/fraud investigations for 8 months with quality projects in that time frame.
6. I am planning to take up another job till I get my applications and other procedures sorted. This will approximately last for another 8 months.

Please help me find good colleges/universities as per my score range. :-) :-D

Any experienced person that can help me with the query?

GMAT score is OK, but not really great. GPA is good. What kind of university did you attend (Bits? IIT?). The work experience is nice. Did you do an MBA or not (points if you didn't).

IMO, I would work on the verbal aspect of the GMAT and you could easily get a 700. The verbal being so low indicates you'd have some issues writing and networking in the US. No insult as I would get a zero on a Hindi GMAT, but if your goal is to come to the US and find a job, but professionally fluent in both spoke and written English is going to be key.

What was your major? Maybe you should look at a MFE. Those quant scores and GPA would help. They care less about the Verbal score and employers are more forgiving as well. Just some thoughts.

As is, I could see OSU, JHU, Brandeis/Bentley. Maybe UIUC. Rochester would be within range. Stuff like that.

Hi thank you for pointing out the issues. Honestly, conversing in english has never been a problem for me. In fact, I have a tight grip on my vocabulary. I wasn't comfortable with the pattern of gmat verbal since I used to get above 35 in mock tests. Basically, networking is not going to be an issue because I am super confident of my skills.(experience during my chartered accountancy course and client interaction) Additionally, I plan to use my GRE scores. I have a decent verbal score. Would it help?

I will research about the universities you have recommended.Thank you for the suggestion.

Yes, I haven't done MBA.?

Thank you so much for your reply ! ??
