So the MSU program is relatively new and as you can see from their website, it is pretty basic when it comes to information on the program (placements, class profile, etc). MSU is a well known school and has a lot of alumni in Chicago as well as elsewhere.
As far as ranking, I would say Roch and UIUC are about tied. UIUC is cheaper and will have a ton of connections in Chicago whereas Rochester is more experience and have more connections in NYC. The others about about comparable, with Babson probably having the advantage because they are in a major metro (Boston). For these lower ranked programs, I give an advantage to being in a major city with the ability to intern and network without incurring travel costs.
