I am going to assume this is an earlier post and that you just recently got into Bentley as well.
Between these two schools, OSU is the "better" program. Issue international students need to focus on is STEM and cost. Both are STEM and right now OSU is giving you money. If you can get the all in cost down for Utah, you have a tough choice. I've been to both cities, but have only visited OSU's campus. I think Utah, specifically Salt Lake City is more of a beautiful environment, but it will be probably harder for international students to acclimate to. Utah is an interesting US State and SLC is a very unique US city.
Columbus on the other hand is a smaller city, but still resembles when you'd think a US city would be like. Capital of Ohio, some banks there, offices, etc. Cool place in my opinion and I have been to a ton of smaller US cities. OSU has a huge brand as well. Issue is both schools aren't very close to major cities. Utah will place better west coast and SLC has a growing financial community. Columbus is I suppose "close" to Chicago, which is going to be your main focus when it comes to jobs (in addition to on campus recruiting).
Ultimately, it is going to depend on the college experience you want. As you mention, both are shorter programs and you'll have to hustle hard. Both are STEM so that helps. Rest is personal preference.
