My age is now 36 and having good experience about 15 years. Now working as global manager in SAP and accounting operations. If I am eligible to apply, which b schools are accepting with 15 years of experience.

IMO, there is no criteria for admissions based on age. Admission process takes into account various other factors as well such as quality of work ex etc.

Executive programs are generally offered outside US.

There may be no cutoff for age, but basically once you hit 31-32 the older you get the harder it gets to justify doing a full-time MBA and thus the harder it is to get accepted ESPECIALLY at the top programs.

So an EMBA might make more sense. And it might not. Depends on your goals :)
