I'd like to get some clarity on where my profile stands
My GMAT score : 745
About me :
UG details
University: BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru
Degree: B.E. Mechanical Engineering (Graduated in Aug 2022)
CGPA: 8.22 / 10
Work Experience
Product Design Engineer at Daimler Truck (Aug 2022 - Present)
--->Typical mechanical engineering job which involves design of components and sub assemblies.
---> I've taken up small responsibilities as a part of job like leading a small peer group to solve engineering problems.
Post MBA goals
Global exposure
Management consulting in tech/engg space
I have worked extensively with international colleagues in my role so far. I think these experiences should supplement my post MBA goal of global exposure quite well.
I've had multiple opportunities to interact with suppliers and stakeholders in Germany.
Some specific questions
Any suggestions, comments, questions are welcome.

- How to shortlist schools? I'm not sure if my profile is strong for an MBA in top B schools in the US
- Do my post MBA goals make sense?

Well done on the GMAT score. Gives you a strong defence. Re goals, you should be able to draw a linkage between your past, the reasons for MBA education, and the future. School selection is as much a science, as an art. You need to align your goals with the strengths of the schools.
