Hi everyone,
When Is tarted studying for GMAT, I really disliked everything about it and then after a while I fell in LOVE with it. I was scoring 800 in the last 2 weeks, but unfortunately on the day I took the test I fell asleep in the last minutes because I was jet lagged, had come from Dubai to New York 2 days before. So I got 740.
I have studied almost every book that I could find and tried all classes. Today I am still reading GMAT as hobby
very geeky I know
I made Flash Cards during my studies and gathered information from many resources, engineering books, GMAT books, youtube, classes, forums, and most of all from right here in GMAT Club.
I am going to share my flash cards in this forum; they can considerably reduce the time you spend on quant questions.
+ The class that I found most helpful was
Manhattan GMAT.
+ The books that I found most helpful was Official GMAT and
Manhattan GMAT.
+ mba.com tests and packages are amazing. I would everyday try at least a set of 10 questions.
+
e-Gmat has good sentence correction but I did not find their other classes as helpful; also found their quant strategies rather long and time consuming for GMAT.
+ I could not find many resources for IR, but found that
e-Gmat and mba.com have the most questions and strategies
+ I LOVE Bunuel on GMAT Club. Follow him: the questions he posts are amazing and the methods he uses are definitely the quickest and best. I owe him so much.
Cheers and best of luck,
Anoosheh
