The account status was blank for a few days and now it says 'enter ESR code'.

I've emailed GMAC already and only received a reply from them saying that since Pearson VUE conducts the exam, I need to get in touch with them.

Actually a bunch of us were unable to give the exam at this particular center and all of us have been calling them to get a response. But we are told to wait for 24 hours for an email every time we call.

It would be really helpful if anyone can tell us what do we do next!

I would contact GMAC and ask for a refund. This is ridiculous. You need to take the test.

They are the ones who collected your money and so they should be responsible. I would ask them to issue a refund or voucher to retake the test.

Small update: after a lot of phone calls the issue was resolved and I was able to reschedule my exam. Thank you bb for responding to my post!
