My GMAT exam was scheduled 10 days ago. On reaching the test center I was told that there is a technical issue and the exam cannot take place. I was given a case ID and told to call the Pearson's helpline.
I have been reaching out to them multiple times over the last 10 days and all they say is that I've to wait for 24 hours for an email from their end. The staff who answer the call give me standard replies that the issue is being looked into and are unable to provide any additional information beyond that.
I have already missed a few college deadlines due to to this rescheduling issue and will miss some more deadlines in the coming week. There is no formal email saying that my exam will be rescheduled or cancelled. All my emails to them have not given me any information or update about a reschedule.
I am extremely worried due to the lack of communication from the exam organizers end. Should I wait or are there any other ways to reach out to GMAT?
