Good luck! We have similar starting scored, however my weakness is quant and my strength is verbal. My new test date is also in May, hopefully we can both improve a lot! Good luck!!

Thank you sabineodf, good luck to your prep too! =)
For quant section, my experience is that:
+ I spent almost a week to build my knowledge on math to nitty gritty detail.
+ Book that I used: Kaplan GMAT Math Workbook (for basic and to get a sense on Quant), MGMAT Quant books, Gmatclub quant review.
+ Practice with the OG (of course!) + Quant workbook. However, when I practice, I do not solve all the problems from the head to the tail. What I do is to pay 30 second after read the question to think about how I can solve the problem quickly and effectively (apply some calculate tips that I found on the GMATCLUB, evaluate and estimate answers). Then review all again, and find if there are any shortcut that I could apply for next questions.
+ Timming everything that I do.
+ Review theories again, again, and again. Whenever I do that my score on Quant section improves markedly.

Hope these things will help you improve your quant section, as they did to me =)

Day 20:

I continue to review the MGMAT CAT 3 + CAT 2 on verbal section, pay focus on new process that I could learn from expert explainations:

+ SC: 30 questions
+ CR: continues with 20 official questions
+ finish the day with 20 randoms CR that I could found on the forum
+ Timing, timing, timing!
