My materials:
My exam is scheduled on 30, Dec, 2010 at 10.30 am
In this 3 months I want to do: (A) Gmat10, 11, 12 and verbal review 2nd edition twice (B) MGMAT 5 sets and CR bible (C) GMAT 800 (B) Chinese set (Verbal and math paper) thrice (C) Gmat preb exam and gmatclub tests (D) finally q solve of GMAT prep (verbal -200 q, Math -200 q) It is not possible for me to buy any other books for my location Is it enough to get 700+?

Not sure why you want to do OG10,11 and 12. You would be fine if you did just the latest one.
Also, I know people do the gmat prep test sometimes more than once, but 20 times seems over kill to me. There are 1000 questions or so in its data set, and the adaptive nature of it means, that maybe you can get away with doing it twice, but surely 10 or 20 times would be a futile exercise.
Have you given any sample test yet ? Do you know what sort of base level you are at ?
Please use official guaranteed no-question absolutely unequivocal sure materials. I see the attached document and many answers are wrong.. example 77 answer is E not A. This will tremendously confuse you and you will begin to unlearn your concepts.. Use reliable materials.
