My Score Has Been Cancelled, What Should I Do?

Hello,

I have taken my second GMAT online exam a month earlier. I got my scores right after my exam, and everything went really well. But the GMAC just sent me an email two days ago stating that they have canceled my exam due to a security violation. I don't understand what I have done wrong because I've followed all the exam rules and instructions that the proctor has given me, and the proctor didn't say anything during the exam. I scored 760 on this exam and I really don't want to waste it, does anyone knows what should I do now? Thank you

you need to contact GMAC. Since you did nothing wrong, you should get your score restated.

I'm sorry to hear about this - and I imagine it's quite upsetting and frustrating. Have you been given any information about what the 'infraction(s)' may have been? I'm going to assume that you were not actually caught cheating, but can you think of anything that you may have done during the Test that would have been viewed as 'illegal' (re: were you talking out-loud, frequently looking away from your computer screen and note-pad, did you take a phone call or interact with anyone during your two 8-minute breaks, did you discuss any of the Test questions during your breaks, etc.?)?
