Hi,
My name is Aashish. I have taken the GMAT Online Test yesterday at 9am IST. After few minutes, like after attempting 16 questions there was a system failure and I couldn't connect to the proctor again and my exam was left like that, at that stage. And when I checked the status in my GMAC Account now it is showing that the status as "Technical Error". Yesterday itself I have written mails to GMAC and Examity regarding this and Examity replied back saying that "I need to contact GMAC for rescheduling my test." but till now GMAC didn't replied back.
I have mailed to GMAC Customer Care and Examity yesterday at 1 PM in the Noon. Can anyone suggest me what do I need to do and how to proceed from here. Because this situation is dragging me into some kind of mental trauma. Has anyone faced this kind of things before? You can directly contact me at my mobile number +91 9676879268

Hello, Aashish. You have done everything you should have to ensure the best outcome. You reached out to Examity and GMAC™ right away. GMAC™ will need to review the recording of your test-taking experience—a process that may take several business days—and then you will receive word from that end as to how to proceed. I have had a client face a similar issue, and he was issued a voucher to retake the exam (i.e. he did not have to pay a second time to take the test). I have seen other cases mentioned in the forum that turned out the same way. I have yet to see anyone write that a technical difficulty led to any other outcome than the one I have described. My advice would be to take a few days off, see if you can relax, then perhaps get back to your preparation material and review.

I absolutely agree with you. The broader point is "How due to this technical glitch a candidate has to wait for many days before he/she hears from GMAC and how a lot of precious time is lost".
GMAC should seriously look into such issues.
