I am not worried BUT ANGRY! Essays of Notre Dame are not different from other schools' essay. I had an invitation from Chicago and Tuck only a few days since the deadline.

Does the school know that I might go to the Notre Dame if I got a full scholarship.

Wow that's crazy. I guess it means one of two things: 1. They knew you were a strong candidate and they were dinging you before you dinged them or 2. This whole process if more of a crapshoot than I imagined.

It's called yield management.

ND has a wierd selection process for sure. I have observed many good candidates waitlisted. And some that have been admitted with scholarship are no better than those waitlisted/dinged.

Let'em go to hell. I think you would do much better than ND so chill :)

I assume that you are international. Perhaps ND has filled their international quota. Who knows.
