This testing organization is bluntly scamming students. Their scam consist of forcing students to use their online registration form before taking a purchased test; however, the online form field for the last name is very limited and confusing and does not allow for irregular length names, taking only part of your name.

Once the form is submitted, the testing center can deny you access to take the test you purchased by easily claiming that the last name on the form does not exactly match the name on your driver’s license or any other government issued ID that may have your name properly spelled but does not match your online form.

They don’t only deny access to the purchased test on this basis; but, reject any request for rescheduling or refunds, even after they claim to have fixed your last name in their system.
If you, or someone you know have been recently scammed by this organization, please, send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

You may only need to seek legal counseling.
