it is not a test of whose rather it is a test of comparasion. the sentence is comparing noum after unlike with the noun that begains at the begaining of second clause.
B does the same. so it is correct.

This is a classic bad comparison situation. You should either compare women to women or craftwork to craftwork.
In addition, the words following the underlined part make it clear that the women are to be compared (craftwork cannot be paid for craftwork!)
So B it is.
