I was just kind of looking into this, as it seems pretty interesting. It is a executive certificate from Notre Dame, Mendoza College in Leadership & Management. I am considering doing something like this, if it wouldn't hurt, after undergrad but before I apply to B-school. My only questions are, would this be useful at all? And, since it is just a certificate and from a different B-school, would other adcomms frown upon it?

Sorry about the delay and thanks for including the link. The program does sound interesting and could provide useful food for thought. I don't think the program itself would have much of any effect on admissions officers. While my impression could be wrong, this looks very much like a typical exec. ed. program that might be very useful to managers but does not have the academic rigor of MBA-level coursework.
