Pick around 5 questions. Get a stopwatch and make sure your averaging the following:
Quantitative: 2 minutes; max of 2.5 minutes
Sentence Correction: 1 minute 15 seconds; max of 2 minutes
Critical Reasoning: 2 minutes; max of 2.5 minutes
Reading Comprehension: 2 to 3 minutes to read (depending upon length); 1 minute for general questions; 1.5 to 2 minutes for specific questions

After 5 questions, review that you are doing them right or you could be building bad habits if you are continuously doing the same wrong thing repetitively.

Re: Need advice [#permalink]
As you said, you'll definitely want to closely review your practice test results to pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses. Then work on improving your weak areas before taking another practice test. Here's a great article on how to accomplish that: https://www.manhattangmat.com/articles/e ... -part1.cfm

Then to build off of Nammer's response, you definitely want to time yourself when you do OG practice problems. Here's another article on the importance of keeping pace and how to do it: https://www.manhattangmat.com/articles/keeping-pace.cfm
