Hi,
I have nearly 6 yrs of IT exp. I would like to join the b-school in Fall 2012. i took a Diagnostic test with little preparation and it was 490(V- 23, Q-36). my weak sections were RC, CR, PS(Math) .
I have gone through some of the topics posted and i understand people suggest Manhattan, Kaplan other than OG 12.
Can you please let me know which is better to buy Manhattan or Kaplan. I need to improve my skills drastically on RC and CR.
Generally, I am good at Math. i feel if i brush up my basics and practice , then i should get a good score in Quants. But Verbal its gonna be tugh for me. i need to practice, practice, practice to make my score 700+.
I would appreciate if you can please suggest some good books or online sources for Verbal prep and Math PS. i already have OG 12.
Also, i can spend 5 hrs/day from the middle of June. Approximately, how many months would be required to prep for GMAT.
My GPA is not gr88. it is 3.08. Wth 6 yrs of IT exp, what would be the ideal GMAT score to get into the top 15 schools?
