Hi everyone,

I have been preparing for gmat since last 2 months now alongside my job. In last one month I have given 2 mocks and scored below expectation (535 and 555). I am aiming for a 655+ and I have taken one month leave from work to focus entirely on this.

I am struggling with verbal prep as there is no pattern in my mistakes. I usually get 80% questions right during practice but on some days I even get 555+ level questions wrong. I also struggled with time management in both my mocks and had to guess 3-4 questions at the end. I have formed a good process of solving both CR and RC from GMAT ninja's videos and I diligently follow it in practice session but still struggle with some questions.I am feeling a little clueless on what my next few weeks of practice should look like which will take my score up.

In quant, I have weak basics so I struggle with questions but my mistakes have a pattern here and I feel I should do better in my next mock but any advice is highly appreciated for quant too.

I would be grateful for any shared experiences or advice on how I can make the most of the upcoming month to reach my goal score.

Thankyou!

If you feel that your strategy is sorted for CR and RC, then that's great. All that is left is for you to practice a few questions of various types everyday.

Here are some Verbal discussions on my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLn2sff0yMs_P8yPvRmhPlyrdhcz3eE8O3Focus on GMAT official questions only and put in enough time to evaluate each question thoroughly and your performance in it after the practice session. If you get a medium level question wrong, figure out why and jot down a takeaway from it. Ensure that you do not repeat that mistake a second time.
