Hi Guys,
I'll be grateful if any expert can give any sound strategy for me to achieve my goal in the next 3 weeks.
I have been studying for GMAT for the past 7 weeks now. I had thought of giving GMAT this weekend. But I am yet to hit my target of 750. I have given 8 mocks, scores are as follows:
Mock 1: GMAT Prep 1: 630 (Q48 V28) (First week of prep)
Mock 2: GMAT Prep 2: 670 (Q48 V34) (Second week)
Mock 3: Manhattan CAT 1: 690 (Q48 V36) (Third week)
Mock 4: Manhattan CAT 2: 670 (Q47 V34) (Fourth Week)
Mock 5: GMAT Prep 3: 660 (Q47 V34) (Fifth week)
Mock 6: GMAT Prep 4: 710 (Q49 V39) (Sixth Week) (Curious thing was I got only 6 incorrect on Verbal (pretty spread out and with 1 incorrect in the first 10 questions) and still got 39)
Mock 7: GMAT PRep 5: 650 (Q44 V35) (This week) (with 10 spread out mistakes on Verbal 35)
Mock 8: Manhattan CAT 3: 690 (Q46 V38) Next day of Mock 7. (with 14 incorrect on Verbal got 38, Crazy algorithms i guess)
Now I think I am stuck in the range 670-710 and I am not able to figure out how to improve from here. My weak area on verbal probably is SC (accuracy between 60-65 percent, CR/RC accuracy about 75%). which drags my V score down. And on Quant, I find DS very tricky at times. Also, I haven't touched Probability and P&C, these two topics just can't get through me, so if I encountered 1-2 questions on it, I end up making a guess.
Any help will be appreciated.
Best,
A
